The modules to be released this year are the “ITIL 4 Specialist High-Velocity IT” module and the “ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value” module which have a release date of February 28th, 2020.

The new version encourages organizations to break down siloes, emphasizes collaboration and communication across the organization and integrates agile and DevOps practices into the framework. ITIL 4 expands on the ideas and concepts around creating value, automating processes and improving outcome delivery.
