Oracle released a database management/development tool which I found to be helpful when working with databases. It can handled a developer’s and database administrator’s workload.
Users can create Database Connections for non-Oracle databases MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Sybase, Teradata and IBM DB2 for object and data browsing. Limited worksheet capabilities also available for these databases.https://www.oracle.com/tools/technologies/whatis-sql-developer.html
To use the tool, Java Development Kit version 8 or 11 needs to be installed and the java environment variables need to be present on your system.
